Leveraging systems, technology and social media to showcase your home, the Move with Maggie Team is supported by Jill Tolentino and Catherine Mallers at The Office Grapevine. As Marketing and Transaction Manager, Jill monitors the sale of your home every step of the way to assure a smooth transaction from sales contract to closing. As Executive Assistant, Cathy provides systems and financial oversight.
Maggie presents all offers to you, advising you on the pros and cons of the offer. to align the counter offer with your financial goals, timing and preferred moving date. She updates you on recent market values, and negotiates on your behalf, to achieve your goals. The Team monitors the sale of your home every step of the way to assure a smooth transaction from offer to inspection, financing and closing. Executive Assistant, Cathy assures that all systems and processes are running smoothly.
The Team attends the inspection, and provides insight to help you interpret any requests from the buyer’s inspection process requests, based on our knowledge of construction. Once the closing is confirmed, we schedule and attend the final walk through and closing After the closing, Maggie and the Team stay in touch, including you in the Client Appreciation program with educational mailings on how to increase the value of your next home, as well as invitation to events and programs.
