Maggie Finegan, Mega Broker

Maggie Finegan works with buyers and sellers in the greater Chicago area. She provides a holistic approach to real estate, bringing 14 years of real estate experience to the purchase or sale. Maggie loves to share her experience in marketing, finance and construction.  She sells condominiums, single family homes and small apartment buildings. She provides a high level of customer service and many of her clients become clients for life.

Maggie holds an MBA in Marketing and has over 30 years of corporate marketing and management experience in the legal, accounting and non-profit arenas.  She sold 220 properties for over $70 million in real estate value since 2002.  She and her husband live in Andersonville, own and manage investment property in Ravenswood. They enjoy traveling to Costa Rica, where they own and manage a vacation rental property. Maggie serves on the board of directors of the Andersonville Development Corporation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support locally owned businesses and the development of sustainable communities, both residential and commercial.  She supports the Community Care Clinic and Breakthrough Urban Ministry, serving the neediest families in Chicago.

Andrea Macias, Buyers’ Representative

Andrea Macias is a buyers’ representative on the Move with Maggie Team. She dedicates herself to finding just the right property for buyers.  Andrea tours over 200 homes per month so she is very familiar with properties in the area and can advise buyers on the best ones.  Andrea resides in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago.  Her favorite areas of Chicago are Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, and Lincoln Square.

Andrea is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women/Gender Studies. She is also a Longhorn Scholar and Ronald E. McNair scholar.  Andrea fell in love with Chicago after visiting in 2009 and decided to relocate here upon graduation in 2010. She loves city life, enjoys summer days on the beach and long walks with her dog, Izzie. Andrea is an avid reader and volunteers for Annie’s Legacy, a non-profit organization that supports survivors of domestic violence and helps them start or advance their careers.

The Office Grapevine

Your real estate transaction is supported from start-to finish by the staff of The Office Grapevine.  Marketing Manager and Transaction Coordinator Jill Tolentino manages the administrative processes for the Move with Maggie team.  She brings an artists’eye to the development of compelling marketing materials, from websites and brochures to social media that promote your property.  Jill manages the transaction from contract to closing, keeping the Move with Maggie team on task and on target with paperwork and deadlines.  Executive Assistant Catherine Mallers provides systems and financial oversight.

Service Partners and Home Staging

The Move with Maggie Team refers the best service providers to help prepare you home for sale. The Team works with professional home stagers from Room Redux and Exit Stage Right to assist you in creating a buyer friendly experience so that your home will appeal to a broad range of buyers.  The stagers start with your homes’ existing furnishings and, depending on your needs and budget, will recommend and provide furnishings and accessories to flatter your space in design, color, paint finishes and scale.  Their proven experience helps to sell your home more quickly and for top dollar.
